Runonce page fails
After upgrading to Internet Explorer version 7, sometimes the routine for setting the security preferences fails. When this occurs, there is no way out; it will fail every time you open it. This registry modification will eliminate this startup routine.

Create DWORD entry RunOnceHasShown with a value of 1
Create DWORD entry RunOnceComplete with a value of 1
